The AAS degree programs consists of the following training for a total of 60 weeks of fast-track day classes (100 weeks in the evening).
The following students shall be exempt from the requirements of this title:
Documentation of exemption is required; students may be asked to provide test scores, transcripts, military documents, etc., in order to claim exemption. Contact the School Representative for more information.
Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNĂ´tre (CIAML) has successfully developed an articulation agreement with the University of Houston, Conrad Hilton College to allow our students to transfer credits from courses designated as approved. Here students can go beyond an associates degree without retaking courses. The approved courses are as follows:
