Students have the option of taking hands-on cooking or baking courses and academic courses in the morning or in the evening or a combination of the two.
With major courses and 90% hands-on lab experience in the first 2 quarters, students get an immediate feel for their future career.

With our FAST TRACK SYSTEM, in 60 weeks (6 quarters of 10 weeks) students can earn an Associates Degree (instead of in 2 years in most schools). Think about the savings in cost of living.
In 76 weeks, students can earn two degrees: an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in Culinary Arts and an Associate in Applied Sciences in Baking and Pastry Arts. This is 2 DEGREES in 1½ years. In most other colleges it may take up to 4 years to earn 2 degrees.
