Culinary Institute Alain and Marie LeNotre - featuring training and continuing school education in baking program, bread school, catering program, chef career, chef program, chef school, cooking education, cooking through intensive, hands on culinary classes, with a low student-teacher ratio.

The Culinary Institute Alain and Marie LeNotre offers Team Building Programs for corporations and businesses who seek avenues for professional development for their executives and associates. A typical Team Building usually runs for 3-4 hours in the early evening and includes group interaction and discussion, hands-on cooking and/or baking class and a seated dinner with wine. The theme and Menu of a Team Building are tailored to fit customer's specific needs.

Team Buildings can also be converted to a Birthday Party, Anniversary Celebration or family reunions.

A minimum of 16 guests is required, and payment must accompany each reservation.
