
Philippe completed his apprenticeship training at the Centre de Formation des Apprentis in Thionville. In 1990 he was the 3rd best apprentice in the Moselle region. As a professional pastry chef, he worked and gathered experience in several places around the world such France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Alabama. Throughout his career and travels he has savored the opportunity to work with some of the most serious and passionate French pastry chefs in the world. Being a chef instructor at the CIAML gives him a chance to impart this knowledge on his students.
