Chef Yves Piednoel

20 years ago, Chef Yves Piednoel started baking for the patisserie Masselin which was named “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” a title given to the best and most recognized workers in the industry. Chef Yves later started his culinary career at “Le Coq Chantant” a Two Stars Michelin restaurant where he was trained as apprentice. He later moved to Paris at the Famous restaurant “Le Taillevent” a Three Star Michelin. After an experience on the Island of Martinique in the French Caribbean, Chef Yves went to Asia and worked in Thailand and Japan.

During his extended experience, Chef Yves managed several restaurant in France has the Executive Chef for the XO Café, the St. Maarteen, and Le Domaine de Longvillier a Five Star hotel. The Culinary Institute Alain & Marie LeNôtre is very happy to have Chef Yves Piednoel as a member of our faculty.
